As an Angus producer, you have undoubtedly heard many discussions about source verification and the need for improved data collection on commercial cow-calf operations nationwide. With more and more buyers from all sectors of the industry requesting information such as breed make-up, date of birth, sire registration numbers, and health/management procedures; your customers are searching for ways to keep and process this information into usable data to market and manage their cattle.
Meanwhile, customer service has become an integral part of many successful seedstock operations. Because time becomes the limiting factor in nearly everything we do, service that can be provided with the least cost and effort involved has become a great way to make contact with your customers.
The American Angus Associations Beef Record Service is offering an opportunity for you to tackle BOTH of these challenges, with the "BRS Black Book." Designed to align with the Beef Record Service program as well as other basic cow-calf management systems, this twelve-month pocket date book will serve as a handy tool for your bull-buying customers. Plus, your logo and contact information will be foil-stamped on the back cover to be seen by your customers 365 days a year!
Similar to last year, the 2005 books will have a two-page advertisement for Vita Ferm feed additives by BioZyme inside the front cover. We are very grateful to BioZyme for their support, as this decreases your cost significantly.
