2003 BRS Black Books Now Available

As we look to the future of the seedstock industry, nearly all will agree that customer service has been, and will continue to be, an integral part of all successful seedstock operations. But, time becomes a limiting factor, so service that can be provided with the least cost and time involved will be a great option for making contact with your customers today and in the future.

Meanwhile, the need for information and data collection on commercial cow-calf operations increases with each passing day. With more and more buyers from all sectors of the industry requesting information like breed make-up, date of birth, sire registration numbers, and health/management procedures; your customers are searching for ways to keep and process this information into usable data to market and select their cattle.

The American Angus Association’s Beef Record Service (BRS) is offering an opportunity for you to tackle BOTH of these challenges, with the"BRS Black Book." Designed to fit with the BRS program, as well as other basic cow-calf management systems, this twelve-month pocket date book will serve as a handy tool for your commercial cow-calf customers. Plus, your logo and contact information will be stamped on the back cover of the book, to be seen by your customers 365 days a year!

The 2003 books will have a two-page advertisement inside the front cover for Bio-Zyme, Inc. feed additives. We are very grateful to Bio-Zyme for their support, as this decreases your cost significantly.

• Submit art for your logo (clear business card/letterhead will work, or e-mail in graphic format)

Deadline for ordering your customized 2003 Black Books is July 1, so do not delay your response! Books will be delivered to your address by November 1, 2002, perfect timing for distribution to your customers during the fall marketing and holiday season.
