Is Your Angus Worth 14000000?

The American Angus Association is offering registration number 14000000 for sale at live auction at the Western National Angus Futurity on Sunday, April 21, 2002, in Reno, Nev. The auction will take place before the selection of grand champion female during the show, which is the 2002 National Angus Show and a Roll of Victory (ROV) super point event.

All proceeds from the sale of the registration number go to the Angus Foundation to support youth, education and research. The Angus Foundation is instrumental in supporting activities of the National Junior Angus Association (NJAA) including scholarships, leadership contests and awards and activities of the NJAA board of directors. The Angus Foundation is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 affiliate of the American Angus Association.

The buyer of registration 14000000 can assign the number to any registered Angus in their herd with no progeny or a limited number of progeny recorded with the Association. A name change for the selected animal will also be available to the buyer at no additional cost.
