Drought Site Provides Relief for Cattle Producers Lack of rain and little subsoil moisture is a problem for cattle producers in some areas across the country. Drought conditions create management headaches in terms of water shortages, grass/hay management and culling decisions. With this in mind, and as a service to our breeders, the Angus Productions Inc. (API) Web marketing department has updated a comprehensive drought Web site, first developed in June 2000. The site can be accessed at www.angusjournal.com/drought. |
